Moved the website host

Long story short:

• Changed servers from Sydney to Singapore. Surprisingly the IT infrastructure in Australia is both expensive and unreliable (shame really, tried supporting the local economy)
• This means faster loading time, this new host even supports more advanced SSL features so it means that you're be looking at a legit blog #nofakenews
• Things may break in the next 1-2 days, but we'll see
• Added cloudflare support and 3 stage multi caching. This just means it's going to load faster than your phone will allow (as long as Telstra doesn't go out again)

 In the meantime, I'm planning a few articles about dental care with some opinion articles. In the meantime, will be busy looking after my bettersmiles.com.au website so head on there for more updates!
